Dr Nick Berry
Founder and Director of
Research & Development
Dr Berry is a thought leader in conservational agriculture, passionate about agriculture and machinery; undergrad mechanical engineer; PhD developing the science of mechanical seed termination; owner of Berry Engineering, tech seed company that created ST, an entrepreneur developing the new Seed Terminator technology. Dr Berry also owns an operating farming business on Kangaroo Island.
Mark Ashenden
Founder and Executive Director
Mark is an experienced and successful management and finance practitioner who has worked with, in and on businesses from start-ups, major corporates, mid sized private companies to micro enterprises.
Head of Australian Distribution
Tom is an Agribusiness professional with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Commerce/Economics from University of Notre Dame Australia. Based in Western Australia, Tom heads up our national distribution team.
Head of Global Marketing
Kelly is passionate about customer experience, communications and brand marketing. She completed a double degree in Commerce and Management at the University of South Australia. Kelly is Nicks big sister and has been a part of the journey from the start.
General Manager
Greg is a business executive with product design, engineering and manufacturing experience spanning the aerospace, renewable energy and intensive farming industries. Driven to develop and build next generation technologies, Greg is responsible for ensuring Seed Terminator’s operations run efficiently, embrace innovation and foster sustainable growth.

Michael is an experienced electrical engineer with a passion for automation.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Andrew is a creator of systems, designer of products & optimiser of processes. He is powered by creativity, sustainability and the communication of ideas. efficiently, embrace innovation and foster sustainable growth.
Research & Innovation
James is an experienced Research Associate with a demonstrated history of working in the agricultural industry. Skilled in Engineering and Mathematical Modeling with a Ph.D. focused in Agricultural Engineering from University of South Australia.
Mechanical Engineer
Tom is a mechanical engineer who comes from a farming background and has a passion for engineering in agriculture. He is powered by continuous improvement, innovative design and empowering farmers.
Vic Commercial Manager
Ned is a fifth-generation Victorian woolgrower, but better known in the grains industry for orchestrating Australia's largest combine harvester demonstration program. Economic, Finance and MBA qualified, Ned has held senior positions across all types of capital equipment distribution.
NSW Territory Manager
Hamish joined the team in 2023, based in Young, New South Wales his background is in Precision Ag with a Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) from the University of Sydney. Hamish grew up on a sheep station in NW NSW and believes in maximising efficiency on farm through technology.
SA Territory Manager
Kate joined the team in 2020, bringing a strong passion for customer service, event coordination, and people management. Having made significant contributions to sales administration and operations, Kate transitioned to Territory Manager in late 2023. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Management, and remains committed to continuous growth and development.
Executive Intern for Global BDM
Alyx has a lifetime of global agricultural experience and over 11 years of experience in the agricultural machinery industry, with a background in engineering, economics, sales and marketing.
Commercial Mechanical Engineer - Europe
Angus has recently graduated as a mechanical engineer and is passionate about sustainable agriculture. He is a driven team member empowered by product development and efficiency.
Contract Engineer
Ben is a Mechanical & Mechatronic engineer who is also a fully qualified Diesel Mechanic. He is critical to the Research & Development of the Seed Terminator tech platform.
Graduate Engineer
Jamie brings over twelve years of experience as a machine fitter and metal fabricator. At Seed Terminator, he enjoys contributing to innovative solutions in the agricultural sector.

Paul is managing special projects out of Adelaide, he has experience in the agricultural industry and 17 years in the Adelaide manufacturing scene.
