Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No. Unfortunately we only ship orders within Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes we do!

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No. At checkout you are able select a safe place to leave your order if you are not home.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on goods ordered and the postcode they are to be delivered to.

What payment methods do you accept?

Seed Terminator accepts PayPal and bank transfers (direct deposit). 

NOTE: Direct deposits may take up to two business days to clear.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can! Change of mind returns can be made instore or via post. 

Change of Mind Returns

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and are able to provide a valid receipt, Seed Terminator at its absolute discretion offer you:

  • An Exchange
  • A Credit to the value of the goods returned
  • A Refund

The above options are only available upon the following conditions:

  • The goods are in a saleable condition (i.e. can still be sold as new);
  • The goods are unused, still in the original packaging, with all tags attached;
  • The original packaging is not damaged in anyway;
  • The exchange or refund is sought within 30 days of purchase;

Change of Mind Refunds

If Seed Terminator elects to refund your return, refunds will be given using your original payment method.

Change of Mind Delivery Charges

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and Seed Terminator agrees to offer you an exchange or refund, Seed Terminator will not refund, or include in the value of the exchange, any delivery charges involved in the delivery of the goods to you.

Change of mind orders are to be returned to Seed Terminator at the customer’s expense, and if they are to be exchanged, may incur additional delivery charges if the new order is not collected.
