Every REMAN unit starts as a proven Seed Terminator Origin, then comes back through our factory to be rebuilt, upgraded and prepared for another run.

Stripped and rebuilt
Each unit is stripped, sandblasted, repainted, and rebuilt to current model year spec, with brand-new belts, latest-generation AeroIMPACT technology, new final drives, magnet trays, and latest software.

Customised to your header
Once sold, our engineering team configures the unit to suit your combine's make and model.

Installed and commissioned
Your REMAN unit can be self-installed or fitted by our experienced technicians, then commissioned the same as a new unit.

REMAN comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, excluding wear parts. That’s the big difference between this and buying a second hand unit on the open market
$80,000 ex GST for a John Deere S-series.
Fit-up costs $6,000 ex GST. We are offering a $1,000 discount for all REMAN fit-ups before 31st July 2026.

Depending on the Model Year, we will upgrade to SmoothFEED 2, plus replace screens, rotors, and flails, all with new fasteners. New side and underneath drive belts, using the latest EPDM construction. The final drive pulleys and the fan pulley will be replaced, and the unit will be fully sandblasted and repainted.
The in-cab screen will receive the latest software release, with SmartALARM measuring belt slip (not header engine RPM drop) and our patented magnet tray.
If during our inspection process the spindles or gearbox appear to be out of spec, we will replace them on an as-needed basis.
